You ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!
We make returns easier
We have stopped using paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number and email address .
Note: The refund may take a few days after you receive the refund notification, but the money will be on its way from then on :)

Our returns policy
You can return unused items to us within 14 days. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the return by email.
After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus 4.95 EUR for return shipping) *- according to the payment method you chose.
For Germany and Austria a return fee of 4.95€ applies.
The return fee is different outside Germany.
Processing and refund may take up to 7 days.

What you can't send back
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in the original packaging.
Of course it's okay to test an item as you would in a store, but please do not use items you want to return multiple times.
Returns from other countries
You can also register returns from other countries not mentioned above in our returns portal .
We will then contact you and provide you with a return label for the return.
Please note that you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad.
