Chest circumference : Place the tape measure horizontally under the armpits and over the fullest part of the chest.

Waist circumference : Measure at the level of your natural waist, i.e. between the highest point of your hip bone and the lowest rib cage.

Hip circumference : Place the tape measure around your hips and measure the circumference at the fullest part of your bottom.
